  • Headaches, seizures, gait ataxia
  • MR: ventriculomegaly, pachymeningitis

  • Bipolar electrode
  • Sharp click-line biopsy forceps
  • Decq forceps
  • 1m 3F balloon
  • Rigid endoscope holder
SURGICAL TIPS
  •  Multiple nodules on ependymal surface of all ventricles
  • Coagulation of the floor of the third ventriclewith the bipolardiathermy electrodeà floor of third ventricle thickenedà continued coagulation and perforation with Decq forceps
  •  When you cannot visualize the basilar artery, aim towards the direction of the dorsum sellae to avoid injuring it
