  • 35-year-old male
  • Headaches, vomiting, papilloedema
  • MR scan: tumour in RT lateral ventricle and hydrocephalus
  • Emergency EVD at first, recovered
  • Endoscopic excision of the tumour at second operation
  • Histology: low grade subependymoma
  • Complete recovery

  • Soring endoscopic CUSA
SURGICAL TIPS
  • Approach to the lateral ventricle using neuronavigation
  • Near total tumour removal using the endoscopic CUSA
  • Septostomy
