Diagnosis: Ventricular subependymoma
- 35-year-old male
- Headaches, vomiting, papilloedema
- MR scan: tumour in RT lateral ventricle and hydrocephalus
- Emergency EVD at first, recovered
- Endoscopic excision of the tumour at second operation
- Histology: low grade subependymoma
- Complete recovery

SURGICAL TIPS
- Approach to the lateral ventricle using neuronavigation
- Near total tumour removal using the endoscopic CUSA
- Septostomy
